• Ages: Kindergarten- 4th grade

• Start date: January 31st on Fridays

• 8 or 12 week program/ with outside race options

  • 8 week program $300

  • 12 week program $340

• Bring a snack & water

Roman, the instructor runs Ultras, Last Man Standing races, and 50k’s. Roman will teach the value of core strengthening, breathing, stretching, eating balanced meals & self confidence within running.

We will attend different outside local races, a reminder this registration will include ONE FREE registration. Once you sign up and register for a race, Jessi will Venmo/Zelle your registration fee back.

Within each local race you can pick a FUN RUN &/or 5k.
